Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation can be completed.

After the Cancellation Window

If your order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, provided it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete return and refund instructions.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
